High Holy Days Yizkor Memorial Book 2025 – 5786

“The memory of the righteous shall be for a blessing.”

Each year at Temple Shalom we prepare a Yizkor Memorial Book inscribed with the names of our departed as part of our Yom Kippur Memorial Service. This Memorial Book has become a noble tradition and provides us with a fitting occasion to make a contribution (a Nedavah) to the temple in memory of our departed.

Please complete the form below no later than TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 at 5:00pm. You may either pay with a credit card/ACH payment or send a check to Temple. If you choose to mail a check, we MUST receive it by the deadline. We will not be able to include names without receiving your check.

Please note that only current Temple Shalom members are permitted to submit names for the Yizkor Book.
