Hints Using Membership Portal

Your Member Portal is where you can view and update your family information, track your yahrzeit and lifecycle information, view your financial transactions, make payments on your account, set up recurring payment plans, and make donations.

Each adult member of our member households has their own login credentials consisting of their email address and a password. Each adult with an email address in our system was sent an email from Temple Shalom with a personalized login link. If you forget your password, type in your email address at the top right under Login and click "Forgot password" and a link to set your password will be sent to that email address. The password reset link is only good for one week. Follow the link to create a password. 

Once your password is created, bookmark this page so that you you may log in easily. You may also access the Member Portal at the top right of the Temple Shalom website.
